The Center for Professional Development serves the professional development needs of the Treasure Valley by brokering for the colleges of Boise State University and consulting with working professionals and their employers. The Center builds relationships with the business and government sectors, determines their professional development needs and matches them with credit and non-credit educational and training programs offered or developed by the University. Understanding that evaluation and continuous improvement are essential to successful education or training, the Center distinguishes itself by making evaluation and outcomes assessment an integral part of all professional development programs.
