Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce - Creating a
Motivational Climate
Motivating employees is a vital skill for supervisors, managers, and
leaders in public and private sectors. Attendees in this training
session will learn and practice motivational techniques that will add value
to their organizations by adding value to their employees. It reviews
principles of motivation, employee motivational assessment techniques, and
sources of employee empowerment. Members and guests will take away
tested principles and practical tools that can immediately be applied to
increase the effectiveness of their businesses and organizations.
