Competency-Based Learning
to Enhance Leadership Skills in a blended learning format.
Our blended learning format combines the flexibility of online training
with the richness of the traditional face-to-face classroom. The
content of our traditional 8-day Applied Leadership series is delivered by 3
to 4 hours per week of online study for 8 weeks capped off by 2 full days
of face-to-face classroom training at the end. This blended approach
combines the best of online and face-to-face instruction to achieve
objectives in an adult friendly and efficient delivery format.
Our virtual classroom system provides extensive interaction between you and the facilitator. Weekly assignments and facilitated online discussions give you flexibility in place and time of your participation but provide the guidance and interaction so often missing in online based training.
You are supported from preparation to
completion of the class. Pre-training teleconference orientation, easy
access to the facilitator via phone or email, extensive online discussion
and engaging classroom activities build the human-to-human connections that
are vital to effective and relevant learning.
