Managing in the Midst of Chaos:
A Strategy For Achieving Maximum Impact Results In An Uncertain World

Based on the Marine Corps’ equivalent of competitive strategy and enabling leadership philosophy, maneuver is designed to prepare businesses to thrive in disordered market environments and calls for values-based leadership in business.

The course will give managers the tools to:

  • drive results and change amidst uncertain market conditions
  • decentralize decision making capacity in their organizations in order to compete in today’s fast-paced business world
  • develop leadership, shared values, and trust at all levels of their organizations.

Cases and examples will be limited exclusively to business cases (i.e. all
military cases will be excluded from the course.) Course cost includes a copy of the text The Marine Corps Way, co-authored by the instructor of this course.

Dates/Times: February 17th, 2006 | 9:00am – 4:30pm
