It's About Time:  Maximizing the Use of Your Time

Start thinking about methods that will help you maximize and prioritize your time.  Typically in today's dynamic workplace you are faced with multiple responsibilities, since you cannot lengthen the day, you must master and adopt proven time management skills.

  • Analyze your current use of time and identify opportunities to be more efficient

  • Recognize your time management style

  • Share ideas for "creating" more time

  • Identify common time wasters

  • Gain tools to make more effective use of your time and prioritize tasks

  • Identify common myths about time that are used to justify behavior

Jayne is a training an organizational development consultant with over twenty years of successful experience as a designer and facilitator as well as a leader of manufacturing teams.  Jayne has held organization and leadership development roles in JR Simplot, American Express, Banner Parmacaps, Inc. and Tyco Electronics.
