Finance for Non-Financial Managers

Does your mind go blank when the monthly financials come to your in box?  You don't need to be a math whiz to read a financial report.  During this workshop, we'll break through the mystery of financial statements to help you forecast, monitor cash flow, and analyze the performance and value of your operation.

Learn how to:

  • Apply the financial survival tools needed for financial planning and management
  • Read financial reports, not create them
  • Formulate the questions you need to ask to make decisions
  • Make useful information from the columns of numbers

Fees: $225 per person, per program includes all materials.
Early Bird: $210 per person if registered by Oct. 24.

Cancellations:
