Temperament Styles & Communication

Keys for Interacting, Leading, and Communicating more Effectively

In this hands-on, interactive session, you will learn what your temperament preferences are and how those preferences impact how you communicate, learn, organize your life, and make decisions.  You'll learn tips for reducing conflict and interacting successfully with others whose styles may differ from yours.

Topics Include:

  • Re-energizing

  • Processing information

  • Collecting information

  • Making decisions

  • Organizing your life

Through the use of the Keirsey Temperament Sorter, you will gain insights into why people react, think, and communicate as they do.  Through group discussions and activities, you will uncover ways to communicate, teach, train, and supervise more effectively.
